Summer Art 2026 Programme Terms

These terms apply specifically to the Summer Art 2026 programme. The general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the Happy Hue Hub website also apply.

1. Programme Overview

The Happy Hue Hub Summer Art 2026 paid programme consists of eight live art classes delivered online via Zoom in small groups of 8–10 children.

  • Eight live Zoom classes — Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  • Dates: 13–29 July 2026
  • Time: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM UAE time (GST, UTC+4) each session
  • Ages: 6–10 years
  • Fee: AED 299 per child for the full programme
  • Maximum 8–10 children per group

2. Registration and Payment

  • A separate registration and payment is required for each child.
  • Submitting the registration form does not reserve a place. Your child's place is confirmed only after we verify your payment of AED 299.
  • After completing the registration form you will receive a payment link. Please complete payment promptly to secure the place before the group fills.
  • Please use the same email address for registration and for the Stripe payment checkout so that we can match your payment to your registration.
  • Once payment is verified, you will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom access details and class schedule.

3. Parent or Guardian Responsibility

  • The person completing registration confirms they are the parent or legal guardian of the child and have the authority to register them for this programme.
  • A responsible adult should remain available nearby during each Zoom session for login support, materials help or technical questions.
  • The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring the child has suitable internet access, a working device, and any materials needed before each class.

4. Materials and Technology

  • Most materials are simple household or stationery items. A full advance materials list will be provided before the programme begins. No special art kit is required.
  • Families are responsible for sourcing and preparing all listed materials before each class.
  • Classes are delivered on Zoom. Families are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable device. A working camera and microphone are encouraged so children can participate fully, but are not mandatory.
  • Happy Hue Hub is not responsible for disruption caused by the family's own internet connection, device failure or power supply.

5. Attendance and Missed Classes

  • We encourage all registered children to attend each class. The small-group format means each child's presence enriches the session for everyone.
  • If your child misses a class, refunds are not provided for individual missed sessions within a programme that has started. Please see the Cancellation and Refunds section below.
  • Paid families receive lifetime access to instructor demonstration recordings so children can revisit techniques, catch up after an absence or enjoy creating the project again. Recordings are of instructor demonstrations only.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Plans can change. Before the programme starts, parents may request a refund, less any non-refundable payment-processing charges. After classes begin, unused classes may be refunded after deducting classes already delivered and non-refundable processing charges.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us at [email protected] with your registration reference and the reason for cancellation.
  • Payment-processing charges (charged by Stripe) are non-refundable in all cases.
  • Cancellation requests received before the first class are eligible for a full refund less processing charges.
  • Cancellation requests received after classes begin will be calculated on the number of unused remaining classes, less processing charges.

7. Instructor Changes or Rescheduling

Happy Hue Hub may reschedule a session in the event of instructor illness, technical failure or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Affected families will be notified by email and offered a replacement session or an appropriate remedy.

8. Online Class Conduct

  • All participants are expected to treat the instructor and other children with respect throughout every class.
  • The Zoom meeting link is for the registered child's private use only. Please do not share the link with anyone outside your household.
  • Worksheets, printed guides, recordings and class materials are for the personal use of the registered family only. They may not be recorded (beyond the instructor recordings provided), redistributed, published or shared publicly.
  • Happy Hue Hub reserves the right to remove or mute a participant who repeatedly disrupts the class experience for other children, after reasonable warning.

9. Privacy and Child Safeguarding

  • Your child's first name is used privately for class administration only — to address them in class and to personalise communications to the family.
  • We never share a child's face, name, voice or artwork publicly without separate written permission from the parent or guardian.
  • Registering for this programme does not grant any permission to publish artwork, photographs, voice recordings, the child's name or family testimonials. Any such permission will be requested separately for a specific, clearly described purpose.
  • For full details on how we collect, store and use personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All worksheets, instructor demonstration recordings, project guides and course materials remain the intellectual property of Happy Hue Hub.
  • They are provided for the registered family's personal, non-commercial use only.
  • They may not be resold, republished, redistributed or used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Happy Hue Hub.
